Dr Ben Grayson
Ben is a behavioural pharmacologist, with over 25 years experience, working with biotech and the pharmaceutical industry to coordinate and manage pre-clinical studies. Ben has worked together with Professors Harte and Neill since the inception of b-neuro in the early 2000s.
He originally carried out his MPhil looking at the effect of isolation rearing on reward-related behaviours and later completed a PhD at the University of Bradford, where he investigated and validated the behavioural effects of the sub-chronic PCP treatment regimen and its usefulness for mimicking aspects of schizophrenia symptomatology.
Ben, a co-founder of b-neuro, is the b-neuro General Manager, leading the day-to-day running of the laboratory, associated projects and staff.
